Beyond the sloper tool
The KATAPATA sloper tool creates a basic sloper—the foundation used to develop garment patterns.
KATAPATA CAD is intended to provide an environment where you can add the ease and design lines you need to your sloper and develop it into an actual garment pattern.
A tool for patternmaking
We are exploring a tool that lets you use your sloper as a base and create garment patterns by adjusting lines and shapes.
Designed for PC use
Because patternmaking involves detailed lines and points, the tool is being considered primarily for use on a PC with a mouse and a larger screen.
KATAPATA CAD is currently in the concept and development-planning stage.
The features, method of release, and launch date have not yet been decided, and the concept may change as development progresses. We will share updates on the KATAPATA website when there is news.
